Visits are by appointment. Members receive direct, secure communication pathways for non-urgent needs. Response timing depends on urgency, clinic operations, and physician availability.

This overview explains how direct primary care works at Mind Body Spirit Medicine. The signed membership agreement controls whenever its terms differ from this summary.
Emergencies
Membership does not replace emergency or hospital care. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for a medical emergency.
Outside services
Prescriptions, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist care, emergency care, and hospital care are outside the membership unless the agreement states otherwise.
Insurance
The practice does not bill insurance for included membership care. Commercial insurance may still apply to outside services under the member’s plan.
Privacy
Do not send health information through public website forms or ordinary email. Use the practice’s approved secure communication channel.
Membership changes
Billing, cancellation, renewal, and price-change terms are set out in the final membership agreement and member portal.
