One monthly fee. Direct access to your physician.

Direct primary care is a membership model. You pay the practice directly, and insurance does not sit between you and your doctor.

Membership

$199 / month per member

Each member also pays a one-time $250 processing fee. There is no separate family, household, dependent, or child rate.

New patient applications are temporarily paused while we complete operational preparations. We tentatively expect to resume accepting applications on or around September 14, 2026. Please check back for confirmation.

Membership is not insurance

It does not cover hospital, emergency, or specialist care. Members may keep commercial insurance for outside services, subject to their plan. The practice does not enroll patients covered by Medicare or Medicaid.
